I Spent €47 Testing Which AI Makes the Best Luxury Villa Ad

Only 2 of 11 generations were client-ready. Here is the full cost breakdown, failures, and winner for a real estate drone-style prompt.

Most AI tool rankings never show you the failed generations — or what they cost. For this test we used one prompt across Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, and Veo on their official platforms.

Total spend: €47.20 across 11 attempts. Usable outputs: 2 without editing. That is the number agencies need before pitching AI video to a property client.

Kling 2.1 won on cinematic camera motion and architectural consistency. Veo 2 looked the most photorealistic but cost the most per usable clip. Pika failed entirely on building geometry.

The takeaway for buyers: budget for 3–5 attempts per tool, and treat the first generation as a lottery ticket — not a deliverable.
